Four in-house sawmills built to open wide, forked, and oversized urban logs that commercial mills reject.
Two vacuum kilns extract moisture gently at low temperature to prevent checking and preserve natural color.
Abrasive planing up to 51" wide, 20" helical head planing, and D&L swing-blade face jointing up to 60".
Three-stage progression (24, 60, and 120 grit) for a flat, finish-ready surface on live-edge slabs and glue-ups.
