Bookmatched slab pairs are cut sequentially from the same log and opened like the pages of a book, creating a mirror-image grain pattern across wide dining and conference tables.
We keep consecutive flitches together through vacuum kiln drying, 51" wide abrasive flattening, and precision edge jointing so both halves match in thickness, color, and moisture content.
