In addition to single-piece live-edge slabs, John's Urban Timber mills, dries, and surfaces dimensional hardwood lumber for precision-joined tabletops, kitchen island tops, and commercial table runs.
Each board is sawn in-house, vacuum kiln dried to a stable 6%–8% moisture content, straight-line ripped, face-jointed on our Porter jointer, and wide-belt sanded flat so glue joints remain tight and seamless across seasons.
